Krysta was taught fingerpicking by an elderly French man in Bordeaux. That pretty much says it all about Krysta -- her music has the vast appeal it does because it comes from everywhere. Combining English, French, and Spanish lyrics and drawing on the musical traditions of these regions and more, Dennis crafts a folk pop sound that is as unconstrained as it is infectious.
Her first album, Empty Pockets, was self-released in 2006. The Rev Records is proud to have been granted the right to distribute it henceforth.
